Nieto de un gran bailador de flamenco, hijo del matador de toros Raúl Acha “Rovira” y de la cantante y actriz española Conchita Martínez, no es raro que Emmanuel incursione en el mundo del arte. De chico vivió en España y Perú, en este último a los doce años de edad incursiona a la profesión de torero en una pequeña plaza de toros, a las afueras de Lima, llamada “Del Bosque”.

At the beginning of the 2010 we started a big renovation process that involved different areas of our facilities like Antares Restaurant, Arrecife Bar, our lobby and the big stars, our suites. Proud of the regional wine and considering that our state produces almost a 80% of the Mexican wine we decided to build a wine cellar inside of our restaurant, which provides the opportunity to purchase wines to take home at a very similar price as the vineyards or to enjoy them with a delicious meal or dinner with just paying corkage.

August is a very special month in Baja California especially in the wine valleys from Ensenada. In this warm month the vineyards begin with the harvest activities to produce their delicious wine, that is why during this season the “Harvest Festival” is organized, which is a celebration to thank the land for the production in the year. The origin of this festival is from the ancient Greece where celebrations were held in reverence to Dionysus, the god of wine.
