Located 80 miles south of the border with the United States La bella cenicienta del Pacífico (The cinderella of the Pacific), Ensenada, has a lot to offer for different tastes and ages.

Ensenada is an important commercial, fishing, and tourist port. Has a population total (2010) of 689,075. Its proximity to the Pacific and a warm Mediterranean latitude create mild year-round weather. During the winter, the rainy season is short.

There are many unique terrestrial and marine species inhabitating the surrounding Ensenada area. For example, the white shark that can be observed at Isla de Guadalupe (Guadalupe Island) off the coast of the city.

A natural destination for tourists on short vacations by car, and also, a destination for cruise ship trips.

Food, culture, nightlife, nature, Ensenada has it. When you come visit make sure you try the typical fish tacos before heading to Valle de Guadalupe  to try all the variety of wines produced in the region, where you can also appreciate a different landscape and a different weather. Ensenada’s nightlife has also many places to go, either you prefer a nice place to talk like a bar o a place to dance, you can find it at Primera Street and Ruiz Avenue.
